The staff were helpful and polite. They were incredibly accommodating, tailoring everything to our needs and making communication a breeze - friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the day special.

The food was on point and they even made a custom menu. Every detail came together for an afternoon filled with laughter, toasts, and memories we’ll cherish. Florence Bistro is a must for milestone celebrations - worth every penny for their warmth and flawless execution. Highly recommend!
